Happy Friday! It is graduation weekend! A big thank you to Beth Collins, Amy Davis, Amy Schmidt and Lisa Eisma for getting everything ready for graduation and the senior awards ceremony. Much of what they do is under a big time crunch since the awards program was moved to Wednesday night. Amy D. basically has the afternoon of Wednesday to finalize our top 10 percent and the other academic awards.
We will run advisory on the 21st and 29th. On the 29th, please have the students complete their S2 goal summary sheet. Also on the 29th, we will let students out at 3:15 to clean lockers. Please be outside your rooms and sign off on lockers. Make sure all tape has been removed and their is nothing left in the locker. For those of you near the middle school, please make sure our students don't go down there until the bell rings at 3:30. Neal and I will be floating around and will try to assist with that as well.
Thank you for those responsible for organizing the retirement dinner Tuesday night at Archies!

All student library books will be due May 23. We know students may not be done with a book at that time, so they may visit with us about an extension. However, for the most part, it will take us all of the following week to get all the books collected. Please encourage students to return them if they are done. Some students have had books in their lockers or cars since August 28.If you plan to use part of the summer to update computer skills, check out this blog: Tech Tools for Leaders.
