Happy Friday! I am not sure how much I like these full weeks after the past couple. The every-other day rotation wasn't that bad. This week also starts "March Madness". I hope your brackets survived the first couple of rounds.
Today is the end of the 3rd quarter. Grades will be due Tuesday morning. If you have a student who has had extended absences you may give them an incomplete, then notify Neal or I when the work has been made up. Beth and Amy will run report cards after 8:30 on Tuesday. Please put your comments under Q3.
Thank you to those who have scheduled PASS plans. It is important to catch these early to give the student and parent a better chance to get things turned around. If you have a senior that is in trouble in your class, please let me know so I can meet with them. I do have a handful that need all their credits to graduate.
Keep up the good work, as the weather turns warmer, students minds will start to drift off to thinking they should be outside. Alright, our minds do this also. Looking ahead, we have our extra hour meetings on April 11 and 25. The district in-service is on April 18. The LCHS drama department will presenting their spring play on April 12-14.
Have a good weekend!

Success Center Update
On Monday we move into the 4th quarter! It's amazing how quickly this year has passed. I am sure many of you have end-of-year projects and research-based assignments in your plans for the next nine weeks. While I do follow your google classrooms and students' grades on a daily basis, please keep me informed as you introduce and implement your projects this spring. Intervention is much more effective when we can be proactive rather than reactive, and I am here to help with skill building and provide extra support for students.
