Happy Friday! I hope everyone had a great first full week of school. I know I am a little more tired than I have been in a while. I need to build up that endurance again. I want to thank everyone for hitting our new policies hard with the students. If we continue to do this, the rest of the year will be much easier. I am taking cell phones and earbuds from students when I see them with them in the hallway during class time. My guess is the students didn't believe we would do this. I think the start of the year has gone very smoothly, this in large part due to all of you. Again, thank you for all you do for our students. We do have a small group of Freshmen boys that are taking a little longer to figure it out, but they will get there. Great job with the evac drill yesterday, I do think it was our smoothest first drills of the year. With the start of September, we do have 2 building in-service days this month.
